Employment Law changes effective 6th April 2009:

The much loathed statutory disciplinary and grievance procedures introduced in October 2006 (under the Employment Act 2002 and Regulations made under it) were repealed with effect from 6th April 2009. Transitional rules apply to cases in progress at 6th April 2009.
