Michael Garvin
Michael is one of the founding partners of the firm. He has particular expertise and specialist knowledge of commercial property, property related banking and Landlord & Tenant work including lease renewals, and has had many years of experience of company and commercial work.
Michael also has skills in dealing with residential service charge issues and has appeared before Leasehold Valuation Tribunals
He has acted for a number of international private clients in their worldwide corporate and tax matters, as well as their private activities, working closely with local specialist advisors.
Michael’s experience and commercial skills enables him to assist clients, both private and commercial, with their private and corporate affairs. Michael will often work on transactions with David Pollacchi bringing together commercial property, banking and specialist corporate skills not often found in smaller firms.
