Michael is a partner specialising in commercial property and in particular Landlord and Tenant work. He has also dealt with residential property over the years.
Michael’s main expertise lies in the purchase and sale of commercial freeholds and the negotiation, granting and assignment of leases, licences to assign and the renewal of business tenancies.
Michael has had a vast and varied experience of commercial property including general property disputes as well as Landlord and Tenant applications and litigation.
Michael has also practised as a civil litigator which has included international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
