LSG Solicitors (formerly Lass Salt Garvin) was established in May 1990. The firm changed its name to LSG Solicitors on 1st August 2011.

Our litigation department helps clients resolve commercial disputes in a sensible, commercial and cost effective manner. We can, if necessary, utilise our experience of injunctive relief and other interim remedies to freeze assets, compel disclosure of documents and/or information or prevent publication or to enforce restrictive covenants and confidentiality clauses as appropriate.

The tax practice specialises in tax dispute resolution, personal tax compliance and advisory services. The team can assist clients with issues surrounding HMRC enquiries, issues relating to residence and domicile and complex offshore structures.

In family work we deal with divorce and its financial aspects, whether interim or final, domestic and international property, other capital assets, pensions and income provision and provision from the estate of a deceased spouse.

We have international connections and expertise in a number of jurisdictions including the USA, the usual low tax territories and a number of Central and Eastern European countries.
