Dave Withers

Dave is a senior non-admitted litigation manager with more than 30 years experience of major litigation. With a substantial non-resident following he has developed a particular expertise in immigration law and related issues.

Dave’s matrimonial experience enables him to work closely with and support Ros on her larger divorce cases. His approach is both practical and effective with an emphasis on dispute resolution rather than litigation.
