Rosamund Gregory Green
Rosamond is an experienced family lawyer who has practised in the City and Central London throughout her career. She has wide expertise. She represents a range of clients in financial cases, often with an international aspect, parents attempting to resolve difficulties over contact and residence, partners consolidating or dissolving a relationship and dependants left unprovided for on death. She is swift in emergencies, whether it be child abduction, domestic violence, an attempt to transfer or remove money or other assets to defeat a claim or an application for the removal of an offending party from the family home.
Rosamond is a trained collaborative lawyer and a trained mediator. Collaborative law is comparatively new in England although acclaimed in the USA. In a collaborative case the parties agree at the outset that they will each have a solicitor but will not go to Court and will work together to reach agreement over the issues. They retain control but have the protection of legal representation.
In all cases Rosamond strives for a swift, courteous resolution of all of the issues. She does, when necessary, remove her gloves.
