Rosamund Gregory
Rosamund is a widely experienced litigator now primarily committed to cases within the Family Division and the Court of Protection. She conducts high value financial claims for husbands and wives, civil partners and cohabitees, international cases, including child abduction, and all other private cases involving children. She prepares pre-marital, post-nuptial and separation agreements. She acts for people who wish to protect relatives or others who may not be able, through illness, youth or old age, to make their own financial or welfare decisions.
As a consultant Rosamund is able to take an independent, practical, even a lateral approach. She strives to resolve a problem well and fast. She values courtesy above confrontation. Rosamund is a trained collaborative lawyer and mediator and is willing to ‘mix and match’ procedures to achieve an elegant, cost-effective result favourable to her client.
Rosamund has worked in the City and Central London for more than twenty years but is increasingly extending into her native Cotswolds and Wiltshire. She is a member of various groups of like-minded practitioners, comprising lawyers, therapists, financial specialists and other experts, both in and out of London. She is a member of Resolution.
